RJ has close to twenty-five years experience working with computers. Equipped with a natural ability to troubleshoot and to repair electronic and high tech devices, he has designed training materials and taught various computer applications. Shortly after receiving a degree in business from Indiana State University, he was able to see the rapidly evolving technology associated with computers. Later, RJ enrolled in ITT Technical Institute and graduated with honors upon receiving an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.  He is A+ certified in computer repair as well as a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) through Cisco Systems. He has served as an instructor in the Cisco Networking Academy Program. RJ’s well-defined skills and knowledge base have afforded him opportunities to teach young adults and individuals at or below the established poverty level, basic computer skills in Indiana Governor O’Bannon’s, Welfare to Work Program.    RJ developed an eighteen-step “Thorough Clean” process that assures a complete system cleanup while protecting all files and programs. All work is completed usually within one to three business days and house calls are available upon request.  RJ was recruited by CompuMaster through Skill Path and served as a national trainer. His territory included: West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. As a national trainer he taught PC troubleshooting, Advance PC troubleshooting and Networking to individuals with skill levels from beginner to advanced. RJ is truly an entrepreneur; thus serving as owner and operator of Champion Computer Services located in Evansville, Indiana. The success of his business can be attributed to fair and reasonable costs, the exemplary customer service, and the quality of work he administers.

He has served as head of the computer repair department at Earle C. Clement Job Corp Center in Morganfield, Kentucky. During this assignment, he was able to implement an A+ Certification Program as well as a Cisco Network Academy, a program designed to aide students in receiving the highest certification in computer repair. The success of the latter program is reflected in the demand for students upon graduation. His impressive eighty-five percent success rate on the A+ Certification Program is second only to his one hundred percent success rate on the CCNA.
